Leading prostate cancer specialist, Dr. David Samadi, shares facts about prostate cancer today and in the future. According to the American Cancer Society, about 333,830 new cases of prostate cancer are expected to be diagnosed in the United States in 2026, and about 36,320 men are expected to die from the disease. Sadly, 30,000 of those men will die from prostate cancer each year.

As the U.S. population ages and men live longer, prostate cancer diagnoses are expected to increase significantly. By the year 2030, prostate cancer incidence is expected to increase to almost 400,000 U.S. men.
